RTDrill DRILLING RIGS
The reputation of the RTDrill brand is well known in Quebec under the name REICHDrill, manufacturer of this equipment since the development of the first hydraulic rotary drill 80 years ago. RTDrill manufactures a complete line of rotary and DTH equipment for the water well, quarrying, construction and mining industries. This machine is useful where the ground is mostly flat. These are "Down the hole" drills that offer larger diameter drilling for quarries and water wells.
stonepower DRILLING RIGS
Stone Power brand drilling rigs are tracked machines for working in rough terrain. They are remote control operated, very compact, equipped with Cummins engines from 154 to 234 HP, Montabert hammers, a 350° rotating superstructure and a wide boom coverage from 134 to 459 sq. ft.
The largest, the Spider, offers an 8-rod magazine and a winch, and can be equipped with an optional GPS tracking system that pinpoints drill hole markings. They can also operate underground (tunnels). Stone Power drilling machines offer stability, reliability, safety and versatility for construction and quarrying applications using small drill diameters.

Montabert drifters are the result of years of experience in hydraulic rock breakers and drifters design and manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of shock wave transmission and percussion mechanism theory has allowed their engineers to be the first to develop new concepts such as hydraulic dampening and progressive blow energy.

- Energy Recovery Valve: This valve allows the rebound energy of the piston to be used for the next stroke, giving a major advantage to HC series perforators through improved efficiency, no internal pressure spike that causes cavitation and better protection of the perforator.
- Progressive Blast Energy: The exclusive piston design produces an ideal long trapezoidal shock wave that ensures better energy transmission to the tools, minimal stress on the drill string and better tool penetration.
- Hydraulic damping system: The action of the damping piston is not only to absorb the lost part of the energy, but it also ensures a constant thrust on the tools; this ensures an optimal transmission of the shock wave, protects the perforator and the tools, and reduces vibrations.
- Straight hole drilling: Allows straight hole drilling in conjunction with Montabert drilling controls.

LIM SOLUTION FOR DRILL & BLAST
NaviLIM is a PocketLIM application which allows the operator to position with very high precision (<5cm) the drilling tool at the planned location of the hole to be drilled, whether the latter is vertical or inclined (angle precision <0, 15 °).
The PocketLIM Drill & Blast version assists in the positioning of the drilling mast and records the drilling parameters in real time vs the depth.
LIM@mail is a web application which contributes to the downloading via wifi, GPRS 4G or USB of the recorded data files with automatic preprocessing of the latter.
GEO-LOG 4 in the cloud allows the interpretation of results and the layout of reports.
Drill@LIM is a web application that informs in real time about:
- geolocation of drills;
- monitoring of drilling machines (machine parameters, engine parameters);
- monitoring of drilling operators;
- production statistics.
